When you go to the portal for the first time, you will be required to set up an account. Follow the prompts to set up your account, confirm it and then enter the information requested, all of which is available on your statement:  account number, check digit number, association ID.

Once you are registered, you will be able to navigate the portal to:

  • Make payments
  • Setup automatic recurring payments
  • View your statements
  • View Board meeting minutes (under the “My Documents” section listed on the left hand side of the page)
  • Report violations
  • View community deed restrictions
