Bank Change FAQ’s

As of April 1, 2015 we will be changing banks! A few questions have come up that we would like to address:

Cash payments: We will no longer be able to accept cash payments in the office. Other options include: check, online through our “make a payment” section of this website, or ACH.

ACH: Homeowners that signed up for ACH (where Twin Lakes automatically withdraws funds from your bank account) by providing your banking information to the office, no action item is necessary from you! We will still process your quarterly payment in the same manner as before.

Nevada mailing address: Our new bank, Alliance Association Bank, works exclusively with homeowners associations and will provide great service for Twin Lakes. Their mailing address for payments is in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our office address will not be changing.
